Refund Policy
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Patterson Cleaning & Supply Corporation, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our installation, cleaning, or repair services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can make it right.
2. Installation Services
Pre-Installation Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled installation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a nominal processing fee.
Post-Installation Adjustments: If you experience any issues with your newly installed blinds within 30 days, we will return to make adjustments at no additional charge.
Returns: Custom-ordered blinds that have been manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Standard blinds may be returned in unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase.
3. Cleaning Services
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of cleaning appointments. Same-day cancellations may be charged a short-notice fee.
Refunds: Full refunds are available if we are unable to complete the cleaning service as agreed or if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the results after we've had an opportunity to address your concerns.
4. Repair Services
Work Guarantee: All repair work is warranted for 90 days. If the same issue recurs during this period, we will repair it again at no additional charge.
Parts: Replacement parts are generally non-refundable once installed. Unused parts may be returned within 30 days for store credit.
Service Call Fee: The service call fee may be applied toward repair costs if work is completed. Refunds for service calls are not available after the technician has assessed the issue.
5. Payment and Billing
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Invoicing: Invoices will be provided for all services. Disputes regarding invoices must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about any service or charge, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Steps in our dispute resolution process:
- Initial complaint received within 7 business days
- Manager review within 48 hours
- Resolution proposal within 5 business days
- Mediation if needed (for significant disputes)
